of Use

For all our packages, the email quota per account is 250 MB. The email sending limit is up to 200 per day. hostopya.com may make changes to daily sending limits.

Backups taken by the customer are stored on the server for 15 days and may then be automatically removed by the system.

Packages cannot be used for purposes contrary to the web hosting concept, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center, or backup area.

Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. hostopya.com may restrict hourly sending when deemed necessary.

The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data losses.

100% migration guarantee cannot be provided for free site migration service.

Unlimited features are based on fair use principles. The purpose is for our customers to use their packages in good faith without hitting any limits. CPU limit based on this principle is applied to packages. The fair use monthly traffic checkpoint for our Hosting Packages is 50GB. The fair use disk usage checkpoint is 10GB. For our Virtual Server Packages, there is no traffic usage checkpoint and/or limited traffic limit.

Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 25% of a single processor core. In certain packages, this rate can go up to 50%.

Unless otherwise stated in our hosting packages, the file count limit (inode limit) is 100,000.

In all hosting packages, alias (park/alias) domains can only be used for mirroring the existing website. For uses other than website publishing (mail, etc.), Hostopya may suspend the relevant services without prior notice.

Addon/Alias/Park domain names used in hosting services can be used if they are registered as a domain service in the user account. In case of using domain names that do not belong to the user or are registered with a different company, it is up to the user to prove the right to use the domain name. Hostopya may stop publishing these additional domain names or remove them from the hosting service when deemed necessary.

The use of any function or library that may affect server security is not permitted in our shared hosting infrastructure.

No additional functions can be provided beyond the PHP functions provided through the control panel in the shared hosting infrastructure. Users who wish to install third-party modules on standard applications (WordPress, Opencart, etc.) must check these functions before installing the applications.

Users receiving service from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.

The use of PHP functions exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open is not permitted in our shared hosting infrastructure.

hostopya.com may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) and request customers to reduce their resources. In cases where package limits or fair use principles are exceeded, the system may automatically perform throttling, stopping, redirecting to a special page, or restriction.

hostopya.com may make IP, server, and infrastructure changes for active packages without notifying the user when deemed necessary, regardless of resource usage or criteria such as server performance.

The use of campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, and other benefits is specific to the company and individual unless otherwise stated. If it is determined that the benefit provided through accounts created with different names, emails, phone numbers, etc. is used outside the established rules, Hostopya may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and request payment of the difference arising from the benefit.

Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Hostopya may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. It may close access to accounts.

hostopya.com always has the right to terminate the service and make a refund without stating a reason.

hostopya.com reserves the right to make changes to hosting packages, terms affecting these packages, and all other elements.
