1 Hosting Service Cancellation and Refund
Customers may request a refund for new hosting service purchases within 7 days from the account start date without providing any reason. Refunds are not available for service renewals. For usage within the 7-day period, the refund will be processed by deducting the usage days and VAT charges from the service start date to the refund request date. Refunds are not available for customers who have exceeded 7 days from the account start date.
2 Domain Name Registration, Renewal and Transfer
Domain name registration, renewal and transfer are not eligible for refunds as they are fully registered online through our company in accordance with the norms set by ICANN and METU (.tr extensions). The domain name you register belongs entirely to your organization or yourself for the duration of the registration period, and our company acts as an intermediary providing full technical support.
3 Server Rental and License Services
Refunds are also not accepted for rented server fees (VPS, VDS, Cloud Server, Virtual Server, Dedicated Server, TeamSpeak) and license services.
4 Refund Process
For refund processing, customers must submit their requests in writing along with their user information. Additionally, if the payment was made via bank transfer/EFT, the refund will be made to the bank account from which the transfer was made. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed via credit card refund method. The refund will be completed within approximately 5 business days after approval.
5 Refund Application
For refund requests, you can log in to your customer panel and create a support ticket to submit your written request.
